M. Pasitch, Premier of Servia, interviewed by a representative of the Matin, said ho knew that the enemy forces in Servia did not exceed three or four army corps. Turkey had to take troops from Thrace, being uneasy owing to the advance of the Russians If Austria and Germany were attacked on all fronts they would be unable to transport troops.to the Balkans. He believed that after two or three battles the Allies would succeed in cutting off Constantinople.
