RUSSIANS INVADE BUKOWINA
GERMANS FROM BULGARIA AND SERVIA TO MEET THEM
_ .. .. . , . , , ROME, 2nd December. me Italian journal Cornere delk Sera states that Russians have invaded Bukowma, and captured Sadagoia (immediately north of Czernowitz) and Mashala. The Russian concentration on the Danube continues. The Rumanians are concentrating more troops on the Austrian frontier. Reports from Bucharest state- that the Germans have withdrawn large forces from Bulgaria and Servia to meet the Russian offensive in Galicia and Bukowina. Several battalions of Bulgarians have been sent to Gallipoli, instead of Germans, as had originally been planned.
