Some attractions at the Wanganui Agricultural Show, which is to be held on 17th and 18th November, are advertised in this issue. The proceeds are to be devoted to patriotic purposes.
"The Pope s Appeal for Peace" will be the subjocl for an address by Mr P Hickey at the People's Picture Palace, oq Sunday evening.
