MANA WATU PATRIOTIC SHOW
Our correspondent writes : — The winmittee of the Manawatu and West Coast A. and P. Association is putting forth great efforts to make the coming Spring Show one worthy of the cause to which it is dedicated. The prize schedule, which is now available, discloses several new items, amongst others being the New Zealand Romney Marsh Breeders' Championship Shield and a long list of special prizes. Prize moneys will be paid out as usual. By way of assisting the local Patriotic Societies, the committee has placed the large machinery hall at their disposal for the purposes of an "All Nations Fair."' The alterations to the grounds, chief of which is the new cattle pavilion, will make a great improvement in the general arrangement of the exhibits.
