CRICKET INSTITUTE OLD BOYS' CLUB.
At the annual meeting of the Wellington Boys' Institute Old Boys' Cricket Club, over which Mr. F. Eoss presided, the following officers were elected : — Patron, Mr. E. E. Wood ; president, Mr. G. A. Troup ; vice-presidents, L. M. Watkins, J. Lamb, C. K. Dick, D. E. Howitt, D. MTCenzie, F. C. Atkinson, and Di\ Ml>aurin; club captain, Mr. T?. Boss ; hon. secretary, Mr. J. D. Howitt (re-elected) ; hon. treasurer, Mr. A. A. Mabin (re-elected) ; Management Committee, Messrs. E. Guise, G. Eenner, and H. Lambert. Mr. C. K. Dick (who was recently wounded at the Dardanelles), organiser of the ■■ club, was elected a life member. A deputation, consisting of Messrs. L. M. Watkins, D. 18.. Howitt, and E. Guise, was formed to wait on the Wellington Cricket Association to again apply for entrance as a senior team.
