DEFICIENCY IN AN ESTATE
(BY TELBGEAPH.— PEBSS ASSOCIATION.) • AUCKLAND, This Day. Mr. Justice Hosking granted the petition of a widow -who is executrix in the estate of the late William Coleman, barrister and solicitor, of Auckland, for the 'appointment of the Official Assignee as administrator in the estate. His Honour said he understood there was a nominal deficiency of about £40,000. Counsel for applicant replied in the affirmative, adding : "That sum is only approximate."
