LABOUR DAY
The weekly meeting of the Labour Day Committee was held in the Trades Hall last night, Air. W. Cooper presiding. The secietary (Mr. L. M. A. Rearden) presented reports fiom the Finance. Procession, and Spoits Sub-Committees, which disclosed in all, cases good progress. Numerous entries for events have already been received and a real gala day on 25th October is now assured. The Chairman expressed the hope that the men at Trentham would be enabled to take part in the celebrations and be the guests of citizens on that day-
