The following are the results of two races flown recently under the supervision of the Hutt Valley Homing Pigeon Society: — From New Plymouth (Mr. F. Jenness's trophy), Whitehead and Booth's r.c.h. Torchy, velocity 879 yds minute, 1 ; W. and L. Booth's b.h. Son Ray, velocity 876 yds per minute, 2 ; E. M'Ma-hon's b.c.h. Black Bess, velocity 853 yds per minute, 3. From Te Kuiti (Mr. W. James's trophy), W. and L. Booth's b.c.h. Ladylike, velocity 464yda per minute, 1.
