THE BASIN RESERVE
Councillor M. F. Luckie has given notice to move, at the next meeting of the City Council, that the following motion, passed on 24th June, be rescinded :—": — " That the City Solicitor be instructed to prepare a report for presentation to Parliament during the present session empowering the City Council to give effect to what is known as the major scheme for alterations to the Basin Reserve, and that the Legislation Committee be requested to co-operate to give effect to the resolution."
