HANDS OFF BELGIUM! A WARNING TO ENGLAND GERMANY- AND THE LESSER STATES. (By Telegraph.— Press Association.— Copyright.) (Received October 1, 2.30 p.m.) AMSTERDAM, 30th September. A Berlin message states that Herr Zimmerman, Under-Secretary for Foreign Affairs, states that Germany has no idea of prejudicing Holland's political or economic freedom. It is impossible to say what the relatione would be between Germany and Belgium after the war, but England must be prevented from laying hands on Belgium.
