HAMILTON, This Day. ■ John Lloyd, who had .both thighs fractured and received other injuries by a fall of coal" in the Huntly . mines on Tuesday, died ih the Waikato Hospital yesterday. ' ' TE KUITI, This Day. James Paget, a middle-aged wagon driver, was found drowned at the Mokau River at Piopio yesterday morning. He had been missing since Sunday. _ The body was brought •to Te Kuiti yesterday, and at an inquest last night a verdict of found drowned was returned.
