Hansby, £2 19s 3d. costs 10s ; Ilirsfc and Co., Ltd., v. A. Dunbar. £34 7s lid, costs £2 14s ; the Commercial Agency, Ltd.. v. Jas. Astvvood, £10 13s 6cl, costs £1 10s 6d ; Dayton Monoyweight Scale Co., Ltd., v. Fredk. Wm. Candy, £5 2s 2d, costs £1 3s 6d. In a judgment summons case, D. Gliapman was ordered to pay Jack Jacobus £4 10s before Bth July, in default four days' imprisonment.
