Mr. S. George Nathan offered for sale by public auction, at the Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Bowie's 6-roomed bungalow residence, situated at Karaka Bay. Bidding started at £900, and rose to '£1200, when it was passed in, as the reserve was not reached, and the property ie now open lor private sale.
