OVERSEA MERCHANTS NOT CHARTERING. .(Received June 24, 8.46 a.m.) LONDON, 23rd June. The sharp fall in freights id partly attributable lo the prices of grain and foodstuffs falling more heavily in Britain than in the producing countries oversea.
