UNFAVOURABLE PROSPECTS. AMSTERDAM, 23rd June. The prospects of the German harvest are extremely Unfavourable. A complete failure is expected in some districts. Drought is aggravated by a burning sun, scorching the grass and withering the crops and fruit.
