♦ WILLOCHRA'S LIST INVALIDED AND WOUNDED | AGGREGATE TOTAL, 273. VESSEL DUE IN THREE WEEKS. The Willochra is returning from Egypt with a large number of invalided and I wounded soldiers on board, the .latter being the first that have yet been sent home to New Zealand from the fighting in the Dardanelles. The details of those returning are as under :—: — Officers. Men. Totals. Invalids , .... 4 106 110 Wounded .... 8 155. • 163 12 261 273 The Willochra, it is expected, will reach New Zealand about the second week in July, or a little over three weeks from now. The port of arrival has not yet been fixed, but the public may rely upon it that as soon as it is they will receive prompt intimation through the medium of the press. The authorities are at present engaged in making complete arrangements for dealing with the various cases, so that upon the vessel's arrival the whole of the patients will be immediately dealt with, and there will be no overcrowding in any particular institution.
