Councillor Geo. Frost will move sit the next meeting ot the City Council : "That clause 5 of the Finance Committee's report, passed at tho la*t meeting of^ tho council, granting the free use of Town Ha.ll on 10th Juno to tho Wellington Baxing Association on the condition that no payment is made for services rendered, be rescinded,, and that tho application be granted subject to tho condition that not less than 50 per cent, of the gross takings are available for patriotic purposes."
