Messrs. J. H. Bethune and Co. will sell, on Tuesday next, At 2 p.m., at their rooms, Featherston-street, under instructions from Mr. Thomas Pringle, cameras, len6ee, and photographic materials, which will be on view on Monday afternoon. Od Wednesday, at 2.30 p.m., in the estate of Henry Knight, and from Mr. Henry Knight, they are submitting a. splendid property, Waiweturoad, Lower Hutt, containing an area. of 22$ acres. The buildings on the land consist of a. six-roomed residence, 12-bail cowshed, with loft and storehouse. On the came day, a residential property in Adelaide-road, measuring 35ft 7in by 142 ft, together with a six-roomed dwell* ing-house known as "Coldstroam Cottage," will be submitted. The firm also insert an amended list of business and residential properties, and a uumbei" of houses to let, both furnished and unfurnished, offices, and storeroom accommodation. On Wednesday, at the Chamber of ; Commerce, Customhouse-quay, Mr. S. George Nathan is offering by public auction three residential properties, one being a residence of eight rooms, together with a motor garage, situated Rawhiti-terrace, Kelburn. Mr. Nathan will also offer a seven and a nine-roomed residence at the corner of Pirie and Austin street*. Messrs. A. L. Wilson and Co. will hold a sale at the Rooms, 151-3, Lamb-ton-quay, on Monday, at 1.30 p.m. On Wednesday, at 12.30, the firm will hold a sale of furniture and effect*, under instructions from Mr. H. Goodwin, at i his residence, 10, Duncan-terrace, Kilbirnie. Messrs. George Thomas and Co. advertise their first catalogue of nursery stock on behalf of a local grower, to be sold at the Fruit Exchange, on Wednesday next, at 1 p.m. Messrs. Harcourt and Co. advertise the sale by auction on Friday, at 2.30 p.m., of business premises in Toryfitreet. The firm also insert an amended list of properties for sale and to be let. On Tuesday next, at 11 a.m., at The Fruit Exchange, Blair-street. Thompson Bros., Ltd., will sell by auction, horse, express, and harness. ' Messrs. E. Johnston and Co. will hold a sale of fumed oak furniture, in their rooms on Wednesday, commencing at 1 o'clock, and at 1.30 they will sell rubbertired gig, harness, and Biackchild trotter.
