EDUCATION BOUNDARIES COMMISSION

The Education Boundaries Commission held a sitting on Saturday night, when evidence was given by some members of the Otago Education Board, chiefly with reference to the Clutha County Schools, which, it was contended, could be better administered from Dunedin than from luvei'cargili. ! Th 6 Commission sat again to-day, when, & humbej of matters' were considered in committee. No more evidence beihg tendered,, the Commission will go to Timaru to-morrow. TIMARU, 3rd May. '' A number of representatives of the Education Board, school committees, teachers, ahd other bodies held a meeting to-day and drew up statements to be submitted to the Education Districts Commission on Wednesday.
