TREATMENT OF PRISONERS FRENCH AND GERMAN.
(Received March 9, 9 a.m.) PARIS, Bth March. German prisoners in France will henceforth be treated similarly to French prisoners in Germany. Various privileges will be withdrawn, owing to Germany's refusal to better the treatment of French prisoners.
