AN OBDURATE SKIPPER. (Received March 9, 9.40 a.m.) COPENHAGEN, Bth March. The authorities will permit the steamer Blenda to sail if she goes direct to Dedeagatch. The captain refuses. The vessel's cargo consist© of Ihree thousand automatic guns. IThe Blenda is a Swedish steamer. A few days ago it was announced from Copenhagen that she had been arrested. She embarked a large cargo of guns at Copenhagen, which were ostensibly destined for Dedeagatch, Bulgaria, but the vessel intended to finst call at Gothenburg, Sweden, and then at Lnbeck, GermaDy.]
