HERTZOG DENOUNCED. . "HE SHOULD BE SHOT." CAPETOWN, 7th March. In the Assembly, during the debate on tho Indemnity Bill, Mr. Quinn denounced General Hertzog. He said that the General had duped others into treason, and should be shot, but he was safe because he works in darkness. He cannot shoot a man in tho dark.
