GERMAN REPORTS FOR NEUTRALS. (TIMES At(D SYDNEY SUN SEtIVICBS.) LONDON, 6th March. Switzerland states that Germany is flooding neutral countries with reports of serious strikes in Britain, pointing the moral of British degeneracy, and contrasting it with German unity. AMSTERDAM, 6th March. The Cologne Gazette, reviewing th© war situation, says: "After seven months of war, the German labour market has maintained its conditions and is generally favourable. Both goods and passenger traffic on the railways have almost equalled 1914." -The paper argues that these modest facts are as significant as news of victory, showing that the country's economic strength is unbroken.
