GRANT HERVEY'S SENTENCE
« NO APPEAL ALLOWED. I (Received March 8, 10.30 a.m.) SYDNEY. This Day. Grant Hervey's application for leave to appeal against the sentence of two years' imprisonment for forging a telegram Wag refused, the Judge stating that Hervey had been convicted on th© clearest possible evidence.
