CAPTIVE BALOONS
FOR OBSERVATION PURPOSES. (TIMES AND BTDNET SON SERVICES.) (Received December 26, 10.30 a.m.) LONDON, 25th December. The Germans are using captive baloons freely for observation purposes. They also fly decoy aeroplanes, so that airmen may be tempted to attack them and come within range of the anti-air-craft batteries waiting below.
