OTTAWA'S PATRIOTISM
MONEY AND GUNS. (Received September 10. 2 p.m.) OTTAWA, 9th September. A meeting of the Patriotic Association raised 175,000 dollars, including the. City Corporation's 50.000. Several wealthy residents have contributed 300,000 dollars to equip a battery of ten machine guns mounted on motor trucks.
