The Royal Commission's report on the Boorabil land case recommends that immediate legislation be passed to prevent members of Parliament from acting as paid agents in connection with Crown land matters. It absolves Ministers or any official in the Public Service from the suggestion, of impropriety in the case, and regarding the purchase of Boorabil, and points out the land was eagerly taken up from the Government for closer settlement.
