DELAY OF NEWS FROM LONDON. LONDON, 4th September. In addition to the Spanish, the Italian press complains of the delay with London telegrams. German te*legrams are expedited, German versions of events alxvays preceding English, winch influences Italian opinion. (TIUB3 AND StONKT EON SERVICES.) LONDON, sth September. The censorship of British outgoing news has, caused much delay in transmission, -but the Government until recently failed to take steps to ensure that official news should be sent with all despatch to neutral countries. It is contended that no time should be lost in remedying this regrettable and dangerous situation.
