HIGH COMMIbSIONER'S CABLED BEPOET. The Department of Agriculture, In dustries, and Commerce has received tho following cablegram from the High Commissioner for New Zealand, dated London, 4th August, in regard to the grain market : — "Grain prices are still rising. Government buying oats. Gartone, worth 30s; Australian flour, 40s per sack; wheat, 455." The following cablegram has been received from the High Commissioner, dated London, sth August, 1914 :— "Frozen meat trade less than normal.' Prices are higher since last week by id Ser lb for mutton, Id for lamb, lid for Tew Zealand beef, and l£d for chilled beef."
