Trees in the neighbourhood had been felled, fresh batteries constructed, and barbed wire entanglements erected, . BRITISH NAVY ALL ARRANGEMENTS COMPLETED. EFFECTIVE VES3ELS AT SEA. LONDON, 3rd" August. I'he British naval arrangements are now completed, and all tho most effective vessels are at s&a. These comprise seven c«r eight gqtwdfdns el Dreadnoughts and pre-T>readnonghts, and many squadrons of crnisers. All the mosquito flotillas axe at their appointed stations.
