ITALY'S POSITION
WILL ADOPT A FRIENDLY ATTITUDE. A STATE OF SIEGE. (Received July 27, 11 a.m.) VIENNA, 26th July. It is officially stated that Italy has informed Austria that she will adopt a friendly attitude in accordance with the Triple Alliance. .The Weekly Despatch, Vienna, states that a state of siege has been proclaimed - throughout Austria-Hungary.
