RECEPTION TO DELEGATES FOR AUSTRALIA. (By Telegriph.— Press Association.-- Copyright.) (Received June 24, 1 p.m.) LONDON, 23rd June. Two thousand guests attended Mr. Boyd Carpenter's reception to the British Association representatives to the conference to be held in Australia Prior to tho reception there was a dinner, attended by, amongst others, the Hon. Thomas Mackenzie (High Commissioner for New Zealand), the Australian Agents-General, Admiral Sir E-. Fremantle, Sir Joshua Williams, P. 0., Sir John Madden (Chief Justice of Victoria), Admiral Sir Day Bosanquet (ex-Governor of South Australia),' and Mr. Ewing (Now Zealand).
