BOMB MANIAC
» DESIGNS ON LIFE OF M. POINCARE. (By Telegraph.— jPreSs Association.— Copyright,) (TIMES AND SIDNEY SUN SERVICES.) PARIS, 30th May. A bomb maniac name 4 Pechause, who was suspected of murderous designs on the President, M. Poincare, has been arrested at Lyons. Several bombs were found in his possession. One of them was held in place in the small of his back with wires connected with an electric switch on the chest. The police exploded tho bomb on a< piece of waste ground, and proved that if it had burst it would have blows the wearer and his immediate neighbours to pieces.
