DEPUTATION TO THE PBEMIEK. (BY TELEGRAPH.— ■PRESS ASSOCIATION,} PALMERSTON N., This Day. A representative meeting of delegates is to be held in Palmer&ton North on 4th 'June to arrange for a deputation to meet the Prime Minister in connection with the Foxton Wharf. The question of utilising the railway bridge at Longbum for vehicular traftic will also be discussed, as a direct road to Shannon, via Longburn, would mean a saving of several miles.
