RUMOURS OF RESIGNATIONS. (Received April 1, 8.30 a.m.) LONDON, 31afc March. There are rumours in the lobby to the effect that Mr. Asquith has received a message from the Viceroy of India (Lord HardingeJ that many officers in the Indian 'army will resign unless the Government made peace with the army instead of permitting its Ministers to drive it to rebellion.
