AUCTION AND PROPERTY SALES

At 1.30 p.m. to-morrow, Messrs. C. W. Price and Co. will hold an auction sale of household furniture at 60, Lamb-toh-quay; and on Friday, at 1.30 p.m., they will sell, on the premises, 148, The Terrace, contents of six rooms, including piano. Messrs. A. L. Wilson and Co. will hold a clearing sale of brass foundry machinery and shafting, on behalf of the William Danks Co., who are giving up their premises. The sale will be held at the foundry, Eva-street and Dixon-street, to-morrow, at 1.30 p.m. Messrs. Thomson and Brown will sell, by public auction, at their rooms, 35, Cuba-street, on Thursday, 30th April, at 2.30 p.m., land situate in and being part of the section numbered 684 on the plan of the city of Wellington. To-morrow afternoon, at 2 o'clock, the firm will hold a sale of household furniture. Messrs. Ji'H. Bethune and Co. will sell, on Wednesday next, at 2.30 p.m., at the Chamber of Commerce, a property in Blucher-avenue (off Meinstreet), comprising freehold land, 35ft by 103 ft, with two cottages, Nos. 3 and 5, thereon, of four rooms. On the same day, by order of the first mortgagee, they are submitting a property at Eastbourne, comprising freehold land, containing 20 perches, being part sections 3? and 39, Harbour District. On the land stands a concrete and wooden building of four rooms and storage room below. Messrs. E. Johnston and Co. will hold a sale of £500 worth of unredeemed pledges in their rooms, 157, Lambtonquay, to-morrow, at 1.30 o'clock, on account oi Mr. M. L. Maris. On Friday next, commencing at 1.30 o'clock, they will hold a sale of household furniture.
