AUCTION AND PROPERTY SALES

At 1.30 p.m. to-morrow, Messrs. C. W. Price and Co. will hold an auction sale of household furniture at 60, Lamb-toh-quay; and on Friday, at 1.30 p.m., they will sell, on the premises, 148, The Terrace, contents of six rooms, including piano. Messrs. A. L. Wilson and Co. will hold a clearing sale of brass foundry machinery and shafting, on behalf of the William Danks Co., who are giving up their premises. The sale will be held at the foundry, Eva-street and Dixon-street, to-morrow, at 1.30 p.m. Messrs. Thomson and Brown will sell, by public auction, at their rooms, 35, Cuba-street, on Thursday, 30th April, at 2.30 p.m., land situate in and being part of the section numbered 684 on the plan of the city of Wellington. To-morrow afternoon, at 2 o'clock, the firm will hold a sale of household furniture. Messrs. Ji'H.
