The Parcel Post Mail per Main Trunk Express closes at the C.P.O. at 10.30 a.m., and for the South per ferry steamer at 6 p.m. As the last clearance of the City receivers is made at 6 p.m. on Saturdays, all correspondence for the Sunday night Auckland express must be posted at the Chief Post Office not later than 8 p.m. on Sunday.
