Cocks) is formulating plans for a busy and attractive winlor's work with the intent of making the institute increasingly attractive to seafarers of all classes. A forward movement, in connection with the leligions work is contemplated, by which it is hoped to roach a larger number of penmen. Special arrangements arc in progress for the Easter season. Dining Haiy Week short services will be liekT each evening, when "The Story of the Cioss" will be sung; ami on CJood Friday evening a lantern service will take' place.
