(Received April 1, 11,15 a.m.) ' WASHINGTON, 31st March. ; Interest in the Panama Canal debate, is continuing keen, before crowded galleries. No question in recent years is exciting the American public more. In the House of Representatives, Mr. Humphreys declared that the Democrats had been imposed on to carry out the confidence game played by Japan and Britain with the object of securing free use of the canal.
