FOUR HUNDRED MEN IN A TOBACCO FACTORY STRIKERS SUSPECTED, Telegraph.— Pres* Association.— Copyright.; Received March 30, 10 a.m.) ST. PETERSBURG, 29th March. Four hundred workmen were overcome fey fumes at a tobacco factory. Eighteen had to be sent to hospital. It is rumoured that strikers introduced chemical fumes to prevent strike-breakers working.
