FRENCH DEFENCE REPORTED HEAVY VOTE.

Reuters Paris correspondent states that in the Chamber of Deputies a_ Bill was passed empowering the Ministers for War and Marine to incur nonrecurring expenses totalling nearly £80,000,000 for national defence.
