THE PLOT AGAINST ULSTER. WHY IT WaS HATCHED.

LONDON, 27th March. Sir Edward Carson, interviewed, attributed the hatching of the plot against Ulster to Messrs. Churchill and Lloyd I George being desirous of remaining in the confidence of the coalition. He adds that the plot was far more far-reaching than the public yet understood. Ulster is not going to make overtures to the Army and Navy. These will act upon their own traditions of conscience.
