TRAMWAY LOAN POLL TO BE TAKEN IN PALMERSTON.
<«T mEGIUPR— I'RESS ASSOCIATION.) PALMERSTON, 24th March. The Borough Council decided this evening to take the necessary steps to hold a poll on the proposal to raise a loan of £5500 for the installation of a system of trams on the Edison self-contained battery system.
