Bethune and Co. will sell to-morrow, at 10 a.m., at the residence, No. 59, The Terrace, under instructions from Miss Gray, who is leaving for England, household furniture and appointments, the contents of nine rooms. The furniture will be on view this afternoon and ' to-morrow morning_. On Tuesday next, at 1 p.m., at the residence, No. 13a, George-street, under instructions from Mr. W. B. Fisher, who is leaving for England, the firm are selling his household furniture. On Saturday, 4th April, at noon, at the Chamber of Commerce, under instructions from the Registrar of the Supreme Court, the firm are submitting a property in Riddler's-crescont, Petone, containing a total area of 1 acre 0 roods 4.2 perches. On Wednesday, Bth prox., at 2.30 p.m., at the Chamber of Commerce, Messrs. Bethune and Co. will submit a, property in Blucher-avenue (off Mem-street), comprising freehold land, 35ft by 103 ft, with two cottages, Nos. 3 and 5, thereon, each of four rooms with bathroom and scullery. On the same clay, by order of the first mortgagee, they are submitting a property at Eastbourne, comprising freehold land containing 20 perches, being part sections 37 and 39, Harbour District. On the land stands a concrete and wooden dwelling of four rooms above, and storage room below. Commencing at 11 a.m. to-morrow Messrs. A. L. Wilson and Co. will hold a sale of Russian furs, including coats, sets, and motor coats and rugs. At 1.30 p.m. to-morrow Messrs. C. W. Price- and Co. will hold an auction sale of furniture and boots at 60, Lambfonquay. Messrs. Thomson and Bvown advertise particulars of an auction sale of new furniture which they will hold on behalf of a firm of cabinet-makers in liquidation at their rooms, 55,, Cuba-street, tomorrow afternoon at 2 p.m. sharp. On the same afternoon the firm will also offer 300 lots of furniture; also the balance of bankrupt stock of blankets, etc. Messrs. J. H. Bethune and Co.' will sell, on Monday next, at 2 p.m., at the Post and Telegraph Stores, Waterlooquay, on behalf of the Department, three mares and a spring cart. They will ba on view on the morning of the sale.
