INSURGENTS IN EPIRUS
BARBAROUS YOKE DECLINED. (By Telegraph.— Press Aisociation.— Copyright.) ATHENS, 4th March. Three thousand insurgents at 'Argyro Castro have proclaimed their independ' ence. Zographos, their leader, stated that Greece was obliged to sacrifice Epirus to higher interests, but Epirus had declined to submit to the barbarous yoke. GERMAN OFFICERS FOR ALBANIA BERLIN, 4th March. The Kaiser has agreed to Prince Wilvliam of Wied's suggestion to permit German officers to organise the Albanian forces.
