A JEWELLER'S RETICENCE. (By Teleeruph.-Preso AMoctatton.-Copyrlght.) (Received January 19, 8.50 a.m.) LONDON, 18th January. An Edinburgh jeweller having become insolvent, his creditors wished for information regarding considerable dealings with the Royal Family. The debtor refused tho information, stating that, during his fourteen years' dealings with Royalty ho had been repeatedly warned against making these transactions public. Eventually he disclosed the facts privately. '
