NEW SOUTH WALES SCHEME (by Telegraph.— Press Association.— Copyright, (Received January 19, 9.40 a.m.) SYDNEY, This Day, A new scheme of technical instruction in trades in the schools is proposed by tho Minister for Education. It will commence at the beginning of the new term. Courses have been prepared in building, plumbing, house painting and decorating, sign painting, engineering, leather manufacture, printing, baking, 1-ailor cutting, boot making, and structural and artistic trades.
