Lord Chelmsford visits Canada next wefek to induce the Prime Minister (Mr. Borden) to participate in the Dominions' , House scheme. He takes the plangW the building prepared by /Mr. Mackenzie, architect of the Commonwealth building. The Dominions' building is estimated to cost a million and a quarter. Earl Grey's Company has invited New Zealand and South Africa to join. Lord Norfolk acts as chairman in Earl Grey's absence. Lord Chelmsford and Sir Edward Ward have joined the board.
