SAKURA-JIMA AGAIN ACTIVE INHABITANTS FLEE IN TERROR. (By Telegraph.— Press Association.— Copyright.) (Received January 19, 2.30 p.m.) TOKIO, 18th January. The eruption of Sakura-jima has recommenced in a. violent manner. Kagoshima is enveloped in clouds of blinding ash. Many of the inhabitants who had returned are again fleeing in terror.
