President Huerta has notified the United .States Government that unless official recognition of the Government of Mexico is forthcoming immediately, all relations between the two countries will be severed. _^_ SOME MISAPPREHENSION. PRESIDENT WILSON REASSURED. (Received August 20, 11.50 a.m.) WASHINGTON, 19th August. Some misapprehension has arisen regarding President Huerta's ultimatum. Latest messages from Mexico City state that Mr. Lind, Special Envoy from the United States, is having a cordial conference with "President Huerta. President Wilson, who has been conferring with Mr, Bryan, Secretary of ""State, was greatly reassured when Mr. Lind's cable message arrived.
